- 1 coat of Weatherproof Texture & 2 coats of emulsion Ultima Asian / Dulux or equivalent.
3. Ceiling finished with putty, 1 coat of primer & 2 coats of emulsion.
4. Glass railing (Balcony) with SS beading, aesthetically designed & fixed to wall.
